«The UPC after eight months: achievements and challenges?» – 32nd Global Digital Encounter

FIDE (Legal and Business Research Foundation) and TIPSA (Transatlantic Intellectual Property Academy) join forces to organize a serial of digital encounters to be scheduled along the year 2024 around the topic «Re-imagining IP in an ever-chaning world».

On this 32nd Global Digital Encounter, the topic will be: «The UPC after eight months: achievements and challenges?»

We’re pleased to announce the date of the 32nd Encounter, which will focus on the achievements and challenges of the Unitary Patent Court after eight months of operation.
